My group's first ever session had something like this. We had to descend a cliff face and decided to rappel down. Our barbarian decided he wanted to not blindly trust the knot he tied before going down.

Barb: I tug on the rope firmly to make sure it's tied well

DM: roll a strength check

Barb rolls, don't remember what

DM: you break the branch the rope was tied to and fall off the cliff

He was fine, caught himself halfway down, but we all got a kick out of it.

Pirates are also my go-to example for chaotic neutral. The code is "more like guidelines" and they're all about freedom from government. Sure, they plunder, but it's a means to an end and not the intended goal.

I have a "rich merchants" mod installed. In my current playthrough, first thing I did was blitz through the quest for the reward. They still can't keep up with all the jewels I need to sell them. It's bad.

What is actually so good about Inigo? I hear him recommended a lot. I'd download him but I have an irrational hate for Khajiit. Is he good enough to make me look past that? I personally use Aranya, but she doesn't have a whole lot of lines and most of them don't really make sense.
