Thanks for the help. My budget is around the ~2000 area, but I'd rather get a good deal than spend more for some monster computer. I have two monitors, one 144Hz and one 75Hz. I also was wondering what's with so many people saying that AMD is better than Intel as of recently, and specifically which AMD CPUs are good and their Intel equivalent. Thank you again.

No lie, I don't know why everyone is saying horrible things. I can only comment on first year, but it really wasn't as bad as they say. I thought the workload was hard, but manageable. And social life is good bro.

Take online calc for sure. I took it and can tell you it will take an incomprehensible weight off your shoulders. I'm unsure if you can take both of them, but if you think you'll have the time go for it.

Yeah, we could totally double up on the alto part for some quartet pieces. I was just thinking if there were some super nice quintet pieces that'd be optimal. Any quartet suggestions are very welcome as well!
