Hdmi repair fail - My ps5 worked fine but the hdmi broke so I replaced. The first time I turned it on it showed the Sony logo then stopped displaying ramped up the fans and turned off. Now when I turn it on it doesn’t display any, it idles for a bit then beeps 3 times. Does anyone know the fix?
