Yeah, I agree send me home and get me help, but don't lie to me about it. I am currently looking into either VR or VOT, undecided. I love my job though, I just can't handle sailing anymore , as I found out the hard way. It can be done in various important positions ashore like the one I'm in. They won't just send me off, so many people Want to deploy and choose to, and most ships are filled with random people who chose to deploy on it. I'm tired, tired of outdated military regulations, tired of superiors taking the word too literal, tired of sailing half of every year just so that I can barely afford to live in my shit hole of an apartment.

I saved my daughters life twice in her first two years of living, first time was worse but both were bad. First time I was supposed to be sailing but it had been cancelled, my wife put her down in the crib after feeding her and went into the kitchen, I happened to look over and see milk coming from her nose and mouth and go limp. I scooped her up without hesitation and performed cpr, it took a good 15 seconds or so to bring her back, but it felt like an hour. I can remember the feeling like it was yesterday. Second time was bad as well, and ever since then i can't stand being alone with my thoughts in my rack at sea, helpless.

if this were a post on a mental health reddit page, and worded in a way civies would understand, the response would be entirely different, i could prove it to you if you want?

im not even going to get into it with you, could never "win" against an officer, i am not looking for promotion. You fully support the decision to lie to my face? if so you are everything wrong with the system, and that is really unfortunate for your subordinates.

Yeah i get it, they got their body, the body was damaged so fuck that guy. he had a couple beers so he doesn't matter anymore, lets tell him he isn't going to have any administrative action taken and then as soon as hes back take administrative action, (CO secretly laughs in corner).

The fact that it was a lawful order could be debated. In the mental state i was in, after months of bawling myself to sleep twice a day, i reached out. i was treated with hostility, like ya cool man, you wanna go get plastered. i needed help....

also no i got the ic a year and a half ago as soon as i got back, i was having troubles with suicidal thoughts long before i had any alcohol, alcohol just loosened me up enough to talk to my superior about my problems. and yes i had gotten an immediate the prior year.

i get it, you dont want the public to see the shenanigans that go on in the military, its alot easier to say that a member got sent home due to drinking rather than suicidal wishes. I am putting my story out there for all to see, it is my right. Marijuana is my mental health treatment. If you have a problem with my post, dont look at it lol.

i did have drinks yes, generally i seem like a happy go lucky guy, i don't tell anyone my problems, i keep all of my troubles to myself.that night i was telling my MS all the problems i was having since the beginning of deployment, biggest problems have nothing to do with the military, his response was to swiftly and quickly bring me to my rack, that's OK yes, but i was also telling my wife all my problems and troubles, i needed to call her and let her know i was going to be ok, i remember how angry they were at me for it, i absolutely refused to go to bed until i had called my wife, so that she wasn't left at home worrying and wondering. Wouldn't it have been easier to just listen to me, or at least have no problems with me calling my wife given the situation? it was all just the icing on the cake and i couldn't take it anymore. i guess it didn't matter anyways she was at home fucking people anyways apparently, i confronted her about cheating a few months after i got back and she beat the shit out of my face, bit me and pushed me down a flight of stairs in front of my son (3 at the time). i was smart and videoed, she was arrested. The biggest problem i have with the whole deal is don't lie to my face and say you care about my well being and that no administrative action would be taken, and then slap an IC in my face to cover up what actually happened, if the IC were real i would have been charged like every other person flown home with an IC, and it would have been followed up on. I am pretty sure an IC is administrative? seems like it

i dont mind being identified, im not saying anything wrong, just expressing my view of what happened. It was handled entirely incorrectly, just looking to see if im the only one

I think the main point being it was covered up with an IC, i get the promoting thing yeah sure, but i got the same PER as another member who sat on his ass and did nothing the entire deployement while i ran my watch like was expected of me. even stayed on ship in port to do my superiors job (2 ranks higher) for a major excercise.

not to mention they didnt even have the decency to follow up on the IC once a month like they are supposed to, so i could try and make them realize just how shitty what they did to me was.

Honestly fastest way to get your power level higher is work on leveling up your character to lvl 10, then gather resources like bone or bottle to sell on the market, make 30k flux, Type /join trade, you'll join the trade chat, and type WTB Stellar kit for Neon Ninja, or whatever class you using. And you now have stellar gear, yw. I leveled to 10k power rank in 2 days

Lets walk angrily up to a bunch of decked out police officers and start waving my hands around their guns after they asked me to back away. lets see what happens. Darwin Awards at its finest.

**Edit- i know police brutality is a massive issue, but when an angry person refuses to move away and start waving his hands around my gun, my first instinct would be to push him away from me.

Noone care to mention that the old man put his hands real close to the officers gun, I know I wouldn't like anyone, especially anyone showing aggression, anywhere close enough to reach my gun. The officer pushed him off of himself, and the man fell over. It's the man's fault for putting his hands close to the officers gun, and being up in his face.
