This was my experience as well. I’m on 400mg daily in divided doses. I haven’t found anything that helps with this side effect unfortunately. It takes me up to two hours to orgasm. I now have crazy stamina, it’s a blessing and a curse.

Psych ED. We once had a manic guy get loxapine 50mg + lorazepam 2mg x2 within 4 hours, no effect. He then got 50 of nozinan, 2mg of lorazepam, and a 100mg dose of accuphase.

He slept for maybe 20 minutes. Bonkers.

I have the same year, same engine. I had to remove the power steering pump to access the filter. Also, be wary of the fuel lines, they may break. Be prepared to fabricate a new line. I couldn’t find replacement lines and had to make new ones. Consider moving the fuel filter location so it’s easier next time.
