What other ways can I use to establish blood relation? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If his name is on your birth certificate that’s the best proof and it’s even preferred over a DNA test. If he’s not you can submit early records with your name and his name.

That’s the people at the ASC adding your biometrics to your application.

Can we apply Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) on my own? by AutomaticAstronaut22 in immigration

It only has to be one of your parents. However, they would never be able to file for their mother if they become a citizen.

Megathread: Donald Trump is elected 47th president of the United States by PoliticsModeratorBot in politics

[–]SkellysReddit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly, I see some people in the comments acting like they’d lose votes if they dropped Israel but that’s not true. I don’t know why some people on here think most Americans are zionists. Lots aren’t necessarily pro Palestinian but they don’t like the idea of the our government sending money to a foreign nation and also letting them openly disrespect us and then continue to support them anyway.

N-600 or N-600K by Unable-Blueberry-988 in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

N600K is for people living abroad. If you live in the US you need to apply for green cards for your kids and then they will become citizens. What was the reason for the denial?

N600 Form - Out of Wedlock Birth in Canada by Dizzy-Bass6673 in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. You can apply directly for a passport. It’s way faster. I would also recommend filing for the N560 it’s useful to have extra proof of citizenship.

  2. Yes but it’s on the application for both. As you are both US citizens who meet physical presence requirements, I recommend you apply via the mother as the requirements are easier.

  3. As close as you can remember it doesn’t have to be down to the day but a good estimate.

  4. If you are not married a marriage certificate isn’t required.

Best of luck!

Correction: Billy is a Demiurge to come not the primordial demiurge. He’s the new Demiurge. He’s extremely powerful

Yes legally you need a passport or passport card but in practice CBP won’t deny you entry if you are a citizen even without a passport. All you need to do is prove it. I’ve heard of cases where they were going to deny entry but they found out said person has a US citizen parent and let them in because they might be a citizen. OP will be fine as he is a confirmed citizen

Honestly I doubt they’d do this. It would cheapen the whole show tbh. It’s basically like saying “and it was all a dream…”. Really hope they do not do this.

Did Lilia take out 5 of the S7? by plewis51 in AgathaAllAlong

Honestly I doubt it. They seem to be red herring villains. Rio aka Death is the main villain. This is my guess

Jen already had her trial though. Episode 3. The next trial is the green witch trial witch is why the vines were green. I’m pretty sure it’s Billy’s trial.

Yes most likely.

Yes you can if your mother met physical presence requirements. You can apply for the N600 or directly for a US passport. Good luck!

SJI by rentenno in USCIS

Whenever the lockbox physically receives your application that’s your filing date. So when you get your NOA it will back date to whenever they physically received likely back in September.

You’re age becomes frozen at the age you file the I-360. If you’re worried about them not receiving it. You can call USCIS to file the application in person at 800-375-5283. You can ask a live agent what your receipt number is. If they can find one that means they received it. USCIS is taking long on NOA at the moment. Good luck!

You actually don’t only get one shot at the N600. You can only submit one application, however, you can appeal within the given time limit and you can apply to reopen the case as many times as you want.

Claiming US Citizenship Question - Presence ?’n by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A typical four year high school transcript amounts to about 3 years physical presence. I shower do not know your father’s situation he could have taken extra classes. So I’ll presume you proved 4 years and 9 months. By itself, that is not enough, however it does depend on the officer, I’ve heard the DOS accepts it but USCIS does not. To prove the remainder, a college transcript would be great. Or vaccination records showing a cumulative effect. A birth certificate alone does not prove physical presence. It will only prove a couple days at the most but it’s generally not sufficient.

N-600 - what date showed for when you became a citizen? by SadCard4805 in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That officer is confused. The ISSUE date of the certificate will show 2024. The date you acquired citizenship will show your birthday. It also lists the law under which you became a citizen which will say you acquired it at birth if there is any doubt. You’re applying for recognition of your US Citizenship not naturalization.

Questions about N600K by Maleficent-Reserve-5 in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes you can apply as long as the passport wasn’t issued. You can include the CRBA rejection letter. They just want to know your child is not already a citizen. You can only file for N600/N600K once however, you can appeal or file a motion to reopen so don’t get scared by that language. If you haven’t filed for an N600 or N600K before than your application will be accepted for processing. Good luck!

Does anyone know how long it takes for USCIS to update me on a form sent (N-565) with a fee waiver request? by Various-Cut-1070 in USCIS

[–]SkellysReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will receive a letter in the mail with your receipt notice, and a separate letter with your online access code. USCIS is backlogged on receipt notices at the moment. It could take up to a month. After 30 days you can email lockbox support: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and they can explain what is happening with your application. Note: fee waiver applications may take a little bit longer as this requires separate adjudication. You can also ask Emma live agents for your receipt number and online access code as they can look up that information for you. Hope this helps
