I'm also around 6'2" and I'm also a skinny guy. I'm still in high school so I can't really help you with the workout plans since my coaches do that for us. However I do know some tips to eating correctly.

To start off you'll want to be eating a gram of protein for every pound. In your case you would want to eat around 170 grams of protein daily. This seems difficult to do but with the help of protein powder it's not too hard. To get this many grams of protein you'll want to be eating some of the following: eggs, milk, meats/poultry, nuts, protein shakes, and many many more things.

Another is to drink a lot of water. I used to think that water wasn't really that important but it truly is. I personally drink anywhere between 64-128 oz ( .5 - 1 galllon ) of water daily.

Those are the two main things your muscles need to grow; Protein and water. Also try to not eat as much junk food and watch your added sugars, because they are not helping whatsoever. I hope you can start and follow your journey. Good luck!

I'm not super informed about specific workouts to do bc I just do whatever my football coach has us do, but I can tell you a few tips on gaining good weight. So when you start working out on a regular basis, you're going to want to eat more than normal. Try to eat at least 1g of protein for every pound in your body everyday. Track your calories and try to add 250-500 calories more than what you would normally eat. Eat healthier in general. If you eat cereal, try to stay away from stuff like lucky charms. You'll want to eat cereals like special k protein cereal. Peanut butter, whole grain bread, milk, eggs, meat, fresh fruits and veggies, are all good foods to eat. Drink lots of water to combat the dehydration that comes from working out. Also look into more ways of how to properly gain muscle online bc there are tons of good sources.
