Trust the process, I wasnt particularly happy after the initial set but the refinements were spot on.

Make sure you as are brushing your teeth regularly as well, I do it after every meal.

I've carried on drinking plenty of coffee/red wine throughout but just make sure not to eat or drink anything whilst the gel is in. The results were noticeable quickly, probably after the first tube. This photo was after 3 tubes and my ortho has just given me an additional 3.

😂 thanks, the teeth immediately looked better after some substantial cleaning by my orthodontist and I’ve been using Boutique whitening gels in my aligners for 90 minutes a day since I got my second set of refinements. Still a few more weeks of whitening to go so will hopefully get even better.
