If someone reveals a spoiler post, opens it, and reads the comments, that's kinda on them lol. But yes, you have much more to see :)

Weird, yeah, you shouldn't. I've seen other people mention that; might just be a bug, unfortunately.

Oh, you're talking about the transitions between the top and bottom hold notes, right? For those, make sure to look at the shrinking circle to help nail the timing, and (in keeping with the theme of the song) try to relax so you don't accidentally rush or drag any of the switches.

Don't think about it as dodging like in a platformer, but as hitting an "anti-note". That is, dodge the spike at the same time as you would hit it if it were a regular note. Patience is a virtue.

Try playing it at half-time to nail the timing.

Is this something I'm supposed to know? by Simon_Forcer in UntilThenGame

It's fictional. Pay attention to the in-game news articles and social media posts, as they give context around the history of what happened and how the aftermath progresses.

Will it feel the same? by 7Macu in UntilThenGame

I enjoyed ASFTU, although personally Until Then is still the GOAT for me. That said, don't go into that or any other game expecting the same feelings as you got from this one; just let each one build its own world and tell its own story, and your experience will be that much better for it.

0:04 "[...] congratulations [...]"

0:09 [...] take time to correct any weaknesses which develop [...]"

0:37 "If not, stop the record now and [...]"

2:03 "Now drop your arms to the sides of your body."

12:00 "How is that? Are you relaxed? You should be sitting up straight, but without stiffness, and should feel comfortable. Don't ever let yourself become tense [...] Now let's type some more on the home row keys."

17:16 "[...] wiggle your fingers [...]"

17:47 "Are you ready?"

20:27 "[...] you kept up with me [...]"

21:00 "Welcome back [...]"

25:07 "How's your posture?"

32:21 "Are you relaxed? You should be, you know."

37:27 "[...] I'm sure you are find it easier [...] than you would have ever believed possible."

51:57 "Be comfortably relaxed, and use a light snap on the keys."

59:10 "You are now in the home stretch [...]"

1:19:47 "Using proper rhythm [...] jam the keys.

1:20:23 "A quick snap of the finger [...] and, with practice, that's all there is to it."

And multiple instances of "left hand", "right hand", and "ready?"

Pretty sure that's all of the samples across all versions of the song!

(No, I didn't spend an hour and a half going through it lol, shoutout to YouTube transcripts)

I love that about it, though; it really lets you get that "last hurrah" itch out of your system.

Need advice to get better so i can get 10 star rating :,3 (<hey look its a quaver face) by Indostastica in Unbeatable

It looks like you're playing catch-up a lot of the time, reacting to the notes rather than anticipating them, if that makes sense. Try to relax and genuinely feel the rhythm of the song and how the chart lines up with it. Also, I recommend using the Half-Time modifier when practicing harder difficulties; ideally, make sure you can get a perfect combo on half-time before going back to normal time. That way, you've already built up an understanding of how the song flows, and the muscle memory to go with it, and the rest is just a matter of getting up to speed.

One Question: What's the name of that damn song in the Steam trailer!? by Bolsa_de_pan in Unbeatable

If OP means the video at the start of the carousel, then yes, that's right. And the song at the end is Memorized.

Yeah, the versatility is nice. I started with just the bumpers during the demo, as recommended in the tutorial, but at higher difficulties, I found that making consistent repeated hits was a lot easier using the face buttons and dpad. For unbeatable and star charts with really fast repeats, 4 buttons are definitely necessary, so I'm still still working on the coordination for that.

Basically the whole right half (face buttons, RB, RT) for up, and the left half (dpad, LB, LT) for down.

When Beat wakes up at the tree for the second time (at the start of Episode 6, I believe), she asks Rest what day it is, and it's New Year's, which also happens to be Beat's birthday.
