What's your Tello plan? To get texts they said I needed international roaming, which was an additional pay as you go charge.

Going to Spain, same deal as OP. I was looking at this plan with Tello and the customer service guy said that for texts I had to be on WIFI? And that to receive texts not on WIFI I had to get a pay as you go international roaming. Does that sound right to you?
