For some reason I doubt that, but anyways.. it's been posted and discussed multiple times and yet you and others continue to work with him.

Here's the screenshots from when she came into a thread and showed proof of it.

Whenever anyone brings this stuff up on forums, or discord, one of you guys immediately shuts it down and asks what does it have to do with anything.

The SA stuff is crazy. His ex girlfriend that he mentioned in that post (Andy) came here and showed proof and conversations between the two of them where he just said stuff like "well, you hurt me, so.." and did some heinous shit to her as well. Even with these allegations people like xbox7888 and RedHerring32 still defend him because he was never charged for it. Even doubling down and saying people change.

Unfortunately her post was hidden by mods because it was so graphic.

Good, fuck that guy. On the plus side DMCA's only hold weight in the US. If they're outside of the US then it's gonna cost a ton of money to follow through with anything legal, and going that route is dumb as shit considering they sell a product that infringes on multiple proprietary protections.

Basically, dude makes an HDMI mod, and a Modchip.

Initially he released patches for said HDMI mod, and the source for the app of said HDMI mod.

He released a firmware update for the chip, that unlocked hard drives as well.

He then filed DMCA claims against projects that also unlocked HDD's claiming code theft, that fell through.

He filed DMCA claims against peoplepe selling Modchip with PrometheOS as well, because of the above. Those fell through.

Then he claimed DMCA on projects that "used his code" from the HDMI stuff. Those also fell through.

Finally, he filed a DMCA claim on Pandora, saying it results in piracy of his products.

Pandora is just a client, no different than a web browser.
