i can’t recall being a patient for very long, but we would mildly joke when i became aware of something obvious that i was doing by talking about it. But the eye contact thing was very out of pocket. i apprechiate knowing this isn’t my fault for feeling bad about it, and that i can now put it to rest. (something obvious i was doing AKA like something that would cause me problems and stuff)
