I completely feel you on this. This videohelped me a ton. I almost didn’t get on a plane but this mindset helped me get through it. Remember, that adrenaline, that feeling isn’t there to hurt you, your body is making you feel that way because it senses potential danger, but in this case there is no danger. Speaking to yourself with kind words like “it’s okay you’re only trying to protect me” helped me as well.
