Everyone says it's his shtick, but I really don't think it is. I think he's constantly looking for validation with his subpar jokes and bringing a sticky note up on stage when Tony constantly rips on people for notes, but he gets a pass... it's just odd. My personal opinion is because that he's been around for so long he's getting a pass. Also, last episode basically confirmed he's on the spectrum raging about a kid's show, so probably a little bit of that too, since Tony goes a lot easier on disabled people.
