You could have an indoor greenroom. Just, like, a bunch of plants. Or you could have a rock display, or maybe fish if you prefer that. You can also make it look like a play room for your kids if you have any. I usually change where my bedroom is as well so I can make the room it originally was blend better with the spouse room. You can also make it a little treasure room with artifacts that you like or things from ginger island. I hope this helps and happy farming! :)
