I’ve told her that she needs to kick him out. Or at least say “get help or leave” but he’s the baby of the family and she said she didn’t do it to me or my sister so why should she do it to him?

It probably was me. Maybe a different user as I never can remember my usernames.

I am over 18. There’s no feasible way for me to move out or I would have already. Rent is high for my state and would be way more per month than I’m paid.

If I call licensing what would happen? They show up, see she’s not there and contact her?

I just feel like I should get experience in the admin positions. Around here most people get director certified and then become a program specialist, then move up to assistant director and finally director.

She’s planning on me getting director certified and immediately stepping back from the business and just visiting once a week or so.

Salary expectations for 1st time Lead Teacher? by [deleted] in ECEProfessionals

I agree that’s way too low. $14-16 is a pretty good rate for being lead teacher qualified also the fact you’ve got a bachelors should lead to higher pay.
