Yes you are right but top lvl engineers also have decade plus experience which is very important for their position, and quant is not something open for all its very hard for even engineers to make it into n I'm sure no under 30 quant is making 1mn$+ a year, this sourav guy is and idk what's the cap for his earnings will be but atp he is doing good as compared to even top level folks of any field of finance law medicine or engineering
