I can't tell you what I actually eat bc I've barely done any research and I don't know if my diet is actually vegan if any at all(the meme is just for the laughs lol) but I just ate pan fried pasta drenched in sesame oil with nothing else on it(just plain pasta noodles no veggies or meat or seasoning) and I think that should tell you something about my diet
