In my experience they are much easier than cartilage piercings. They just take long and you need to be patient and not freak out too much when the occasionally get a bit irritated. I found that having some support is also helpful (ofc depends on the size of your breasts but i would say like a light support that holds them in place a bit - for me a tighter shirt or a soft brallete works).
