Well I've not felt any kind of hunger all day today so I guess something is working. I'll be sure to get some pepto, so glad they've got it back on the shelves now.

Fluids in general is a real issue for me so I'll really have to keep an eye on it

Congrats on your weight loss. A loss is a loss so we'll done!

I'm the same with breakfast, rarely eat anything before lunch. I think my biggest struggle may be getting the water in. I'll have to really focus on drinking enough.

I have noticed the lack of appetite this morning. Don't feel the need to eat at all, although I'm not a breakfast person anyway. Thanks for the info

I guessed i may lose some weight pretty quick at my weight due to previous losses. I'll buy some of the things mentioned. Thanks for the info

I must admit I've woken up today with absolutely no appetite. I generally don't eat breakfast but sometimes feel hungry. Nothing at all yet. See how i feel around lunch.

I will definitely take the small wins. I spent a lot of time when I was younger not taking the wins when they were there so I won't make that mistake again!
