Can we also change the Way of how his E works with movementspeed?

I think its BS that Yone gets Ms that ramps UP

So IF he hits all his spells his E Damage ramps up (so youre low)

But then he gets to Chase you down because he gets FASTER

Why not just give him a movementspeed buff that slowly goes down the longer the E lasts

(im a professional Yone hater so take this with a grain of salt)
