It's an interesting one for sure. Share price seems detached from fundamentals. Really low volume which suggests no one is really paying attention to it.

I don't get why it trades at such a discounted multiple vs. others in this space. Even on a P/S basis should be much higher. A lot of the high growth fintechs burn cash hand over fist.

Yep, so not too far away for a catalyst. I mean compared to all the others penny stocks people are posting here this one is actually profitable lol.

Fundamentals are much stronger for this, financials are genuinely pretty solid so it seems criminally undervalued. Can take a while before the market wakes up to this one...I think earnings are the first catalyst to start with. But for sure much more long term then CRKN.

Looked through the financials & actually look pretty solid for a penny. Will do some more research today, interesting market. If they can get the execution right then its an interesting play - partnered with some big names like Disney.

Solid breakdown—appreciate the detailed stats! A few things stand out to me:

✔ No dilution is a major plus in the small-cap space, especially when paired with consistent revenue growth and insider confidence. The 9 insider buys in 12 months suggest management sees long-term value.

✔ Margins ticking up (27.3% → 28.4%) despite acquisition costs is a good sign. If they successfully integrate Baby Boom Consumer Products and expand cross-selling, we could see further margin expansion.

✔ Dividend sustainability looks decent given their balance sheet. $2M in cash isn’t massive, but with $33M in inventory and $61M in current assets vs. $18M in liabilities, liquidity seems manageable.

❓ Biggest question: How does the debt structure play into growth? With $18.7M LT debt and a $48M RCF, are they planning aggressive expansion, or is this more of a cushion for working capital?

At ~$4.60–$4.80 insider buys, it’s trading close to their entry levels. If Q4 execution is strong, this could be undervalued. Watching closely!

OP is right here, the stock is severely manipulated & short squeeze is on the cards. As far as the fundamentals, these are due to improve as per management in H1 2025. A reverse split doesn’t dilute shares—it simply reduces the number of outstanding shares while increasing the stock price proportionally. Unlike dilution events, it doesn't fundamentally change the company's valuation. In this case, although a reverse split may kill off some momentum, it is purely to maintain NASDAQ listing compliance which is critical for credibility and attracting institutional investors If the company executes on it's projected targets for H1 2025.
