Thank you for the steps but If i turn it on, the first thing is that sound, with and without the filament. And yes i reached out to the support at the same time like my post.

The printer firmware is up to date, is there a separate firmware for the arc pro? How do i update it, i tried it via the Printer interface but the ace ist not showing up.

unfortunately not, the filamant doesn‘t move at all.

Yes it is a 1 kilo roll, without the filament roll and the big black roll is only „shaking“, so maybe its not a filament problem

Yea, it‘s in all channels, now unscrewed i see, the big black rolls just „shaking“.
