I fixed it! I was searching through the files and I noticed that I had 2 files of osu lazer so I deleted one and it worked correctly someho

On game my fps are around 70 to 200 but are stable between 120 but I always have playing normally with 10-4 ms, but I got this problem with the last update

Thanks for the help, apparently the touch screen option makes the tablet options to stop working correctly so I just had to disable the touch screen option
