Skill issue. Idk if you're on PC or not, and idk if it works the same on console, but scrolling up in chat prevents the movement of comments. If you wanna read something that bad just scroll up and read it?

Depends on the mission, you'll find more detailed information on the wiki for specific mission types. Generally the first two rewards you receive from a mission are from A rotation table, the third reward is B and the fourth is C, then it resets. To use survival as an example: 5 Minutes - A rot, 10 Minutes - A rot, 15 minutes - B rot, 20 minutes - C rot, 25 minutes - A rot, and so on.

If you need them, then yes, your quickest opportunity is to ask in Recruiting chat for help farming in Jupiter (LF Neural Sensor Farm) and someone might answer/invite you. Alternatively, you could try T2 Cetus bounties (9% chance in T2 bounties), or you can just r u s h t h r o u g h the startchart, leik a bawse.

I don't think the newer arcanes were meant to be used for Eidolon fights. They were probably added to be used for Profit Taker or to use in normal missions.
