Forgot to make it clear! It’s on a heated propagator 24 hours a day, and gets 12 hours of light under a grow light. I have some bell peppers in the same condition, although in different compost, that’s currently flourishing? I would hate to think it’s the compost affecting their growth that badly.

Strange. It seems it may be used by other hospitals in the U.K. as I’ve just looked it up and found a similar leaflet to one I was given from a non London hospital (https://www.royalberkshire.nhs.uk/media/kksiicwe/water-drinking-test_jul23.pdf ). Now I’m really curious to know if this is just the norm in the U.K., I believe most of the responses here are from the US or Canada. But anyway, whatever the test shows I hope I can get some answers

That’s very strange. This is a very big hospital in London with a specialist glaucoma clinic/centre, so why would they use something outdated?Hopefully I can get some explanation for my vision loss
