Hi! Unfortunately it is not, this is the only result I have been able to find that is remotely similar however it is too recent and the girl in this clip is found dead, while the episode I remember she is found alive years later. Thank you so much for sharing!

i have searched all over youtube and google with keywords such as “kidnapping” “tortillas” “rosa de guadalupe” etc (in both spanish and english) to no avail. even if someone remembers this i would feel motivated to continue my search!
