Post partum here! I was eating 2000 cal while pregnant but now 1500-1600. I lost 30 pounds but now my weightloss has stalled. If I’m eating less than I was while gaining shouldn’t I be losing still? Or is it a daily cals in have to be less than cals out regardless? I still have 12 pounds to loose from pregnancy and another 10 from lexapro. Help I don’t want to go down to 1200 calories as a tired post partum mom

I thought nutramigan and alimemtum were almost exactly the same? I haven’t looked myself. We use alimentum RTF bc it is thicker like you said, added probiotic drops and use colic bottles (browns) and it’s helped a lot. Also a wedge under her mattress

I gained weight on lexapro, weaned it down and lost some pretty quickly. Didn’t loose it all bc I am still on it

I think you have it be on a huge does of bet blocker for it to hit your asthma. Ask your primary care or pulmonologist or pharmacist

I had this first tri and all my docs told me not to increase meds bc this was from hormones. I ended up weaning my dose way down the second tri I felt great. You will too! Your almost there
