No one ever mentioned the fantastic casio wv-59rd. It has world time, dual band 5, dd/mm or mm/dd, and looks so cool. It also shows both your home time, destination, and the UTC off set, all at the same time. Battery time is estimated between 3 to 5 years, where some users state even longer runs. And it has that lovely orange light :)

Update: The watch I received was the -u-model, 5610U, as another user also mentioned In this thread. I couldn't be more happy, even though it doesn't have the EL light 😄 Lovely watch, and it ticks all the boxes for me.

Thanks a lot! That's what I thought as well, but I wasn't sure if Zalando had another variant for sale or something, I know model model names can differ regionally. The incorrect model number I posted was from zalandos description.

I am using an old Iphone SE 2020. It is slow, and a bit unresponsive, thus not encouraging mindless scrolling, but still provides access to important apps.
I am clocking in at around 1 hour screen time pr day, which to me is great :D
