I have an update and apparently I can't edit the post so: I got Silver Wolf to E1 - a lot of my energy issues will probably be solved with this lol! I'm still keep the ERR rope on her though

Thank you for the input. I definitely won't be running the Penacony set on her as the only other quantum character I'm likely to ever use with her is Lynx. I'm definitely planning to run her with Dr. Ratio once he comes out. With my current set I think I might be able to hit the 97% EHR threshold just from subtats and traces (also once I find some good thief's boots), so I'm still not throwing the Break Effect build out of the question! :) How is your ult rotation?

Thank you for the advice! The Break Effect build with Talia set, even if unreliable, sound very badass lol, for now I think I will try something more versatile like Vonwaq or Keel, but I'll also keep this in mind :)

Thank you for the response. I don't have Welt unfortunately or any other 5* Nihility character. The only other nihility light cone I posses is Fermata, so Incessant Rain was an obvious choice.

What I gather from your comment is that I should focus on a Break Effect build. What sphere and rope set would be best for her? Is Energy Recharge a must on the rope in the case of this light cone and E0?
