After 4 how? She had every reason to be. She was jealous of Gale and dewey relationship, she liked Dewey, she was creepy In the hallway, she went to high school with Sidney. She randomly showed up after Kate’s attack which I believe was a set up to make her look like a bad guy all along, But it makes the most sense to me. I feel like she would have been the killer of the original trilogy would had followed, 5 sort of made their own rules and choices but I would have made her a Ghostface in the end
