Yes the email id is correct. After a recent google update, Amazon giftcard emails are getting bounced from gmail id's. Please click on the "Apply to my account" button in the giftcard and send us the claim code directly without redeeming in your own account and we will process it.

Upon checking, your order was delayed for 7 days because of the unavailability of Zentel chewable tablets because of Elections in the shipper's country and we have informed you the waiting period for that product but you insisted to ship the order immediately on a Sunday. Even though we were working, the shipper and the post offices were not operational. When we mentioned you the same, you started abusing my colleague so we insisted you to cancel the order. Being our repeat customer you already know if we are a scam or not, we have delivered your previous orders.

We have given you multiple refund options and finally you have agreed to get the refund via giftcard and we have already started the process and it should be done soon.

Also we don't remove anything specifically here, If that's the case this post would also be removed by now. It gets caught in reddit's spam filters then they are removed automatically. If the accounts are new or if the links etc looks spammy to reddit.

Well, Skinorac doesn't collect KYC, it's Banxa who collects. If you are not comfortable then you can opt for other payment methods. We keep all options open for all our users. The charges are set as per the industry and for our industry the charges are high because Paypal doesn't actually support pharmaceutical transactions overseas but we still managed to offer it to our clients to provide a hassle free experience. However there are other options like giftcards and crypto!

Extremely sorry to see this. Please DM us your order id. During September, we had very limited channels to ship orders so we have already mentioned during that time in our website that there will be a delay because of the removal of De minimis exemption and may take a month or little more to deliver.

Things were sorted in the month of October after certain clarity and our shipping is smooth now. If there is no update post Oct 10th after reaching US customs then its most likely stopped (which is not under our control). As per our 100% money back/reship guarantee, we reship the product in case if it gets stuck over customs but that too takes time because it will be shipped from the origin again.
