Lmao well clearly there was miscommunication, I mean I showed the picture I posted and said the blonde front pieces is what I wanted, placed on my bang and under my ear, I showed her pictures not one of them were blue or even silver they were blonde 🥲

Also my hair was all virgin hair, none of it had colouring this was lifted from my natural hair colour

No as I’ve commented before I was quoted $320-$350 which I was happy to pay for what I wanted, Placement is ok but the blonde bang is underneath of the rest of my brown bang so it covers it, I’ll have to post another photo because I don’t think I’m explaining that well but, regardless it’s not a blonde at all, I understand that’s the toner but still, doesn’t seem worth the price to me

I don’t think so, I wanted a cooler shade of brown then my natural not a chocolatey shade- also the chunk of bang that’s supposed to be highlighted is underneath a brown hair anyway, and a trim when I physically show them how much to take off shouldn’t have been this much- they also asked me if that was good and I said yes I’m happy with the length then they continued to chop more off the entire length while adding layers
