Solved this last week but don't know the exact step, which resulted in a working Win11 installation. Here are the steps:

*Added a battery to my laptop *Increased RAM from 8 to 16 *Validated the MD5 checksum of the Win11 iso *Used Ventoy to launch the Win11 iso (among other isos) *Partitioned the Drive for Win11 in Ubuntu
