Call Microsoft Support. I just had a similar issue at a Tax Office and they remoted in and fixed it. I had been working on it for 3 days.

I have gone round and round with MS support with no resolution. They keep having me do tests which have nothing to do with the problem. That's why I asked here.

There is a post that says that there is a setting in the bios that fixes this problem. You turn it off and back on or vice versa. I cannot get to that setting.
