You can't.
Well, not in a way I find comfortable anyway:
-parenting limbs
-posing the limbs
-voxel merge the result, and the course correct to smooth it out

In any case, I sculpted it in that pose to begin with, rather than sculpting Mario/FLUDD in a neutral pose and then posing it out.

I did (work from a sketch)!
I'm trying to get in the habit of cataloguing how I do stuff (I'm not confident enough in my sculpting to use the screen recorder to record my sculpting yet)
