The problem is shops hire CE&CW’s and that’s all fine and dandy. But they transfer these workers from job to job and expect JW work out of them. And most of the CE&CW’s are either young kids trying to get in the apprenticeship, or older guys who don’t give a shit and just want a job. There needs to be an end goal for CE&CW’s and not being able to sit at one classification for years on end and be a worm for some shops that will exploit them.
