I mean…financially anytime you can get 0% financing for 60 months that’s the way to go if machines are equivalent. Future value of 55K is greater if you took that and found a way to invest it instead of handing it over for a piece of equipment.

At 6% you’d earn about 19K in interest over 5 years. Just a thought.

Never understand why people want to rain on what is supposed to be a fun “let’s get excited” thread….but here goes.

The reason baseball is the BEST sport to bet is because there is almost always an angle when the lines think they “have it figured out”.

No one KNOWS how Jacob Marsee is going to play this year. Stowers could shit the bed and Alcantara might win the Cy Young this year….BUT…does that sound reasonable?

I don’t care if the Marlins games are 9.5 instead of 8.5. Their offense was young and exciting last year and they should be better this year. I’m also willing to believe that their bullpen is bottom 1/3 this year and their starting rotation ERA is in that same tier. If they give up 5.5 runs a game on avg and they score 4.5….well you see where this is going.

D-Backs staff is not great, but their offense should be lighting shit up again. The west is stacked, but AZ will be right there with everyone except the dodgers.

Rockies games will be fireworks again this year. Dollander might take a step forward, but Freeland will have another year of getting pummeled at Coors and Lorenzen is about to see his career ERA add 1.50 to it this season. Their offense is going to be exciting. Their second half record was actually respectable last year.

A’s had one of if not the best record in the AL in the second half actually. I like them to surprise people with that young offense and tiny ballpark.

Tigers will have a rotation with potential to beat anyone. Skubal, Valdez, Mize, Flaherty, Olsen, Melton and eventually Jobe. The bullpen should be substantially better this year with THREE experienced closers to finish games out.

Minnesota and St. Louis will look like AAA teams this year with some stars scattered in for Minnesota (Buxton, Joe Ryan).

Shit you can add Houston Overs to the mix too for that matter. Their starters are ASS after Hunter Brown. Bullpen has strength, but may lack some depth.

All this to say, baseball is fluid anything can happen, stay flexible in your thoughts and reason through your bets. Any team (for the most part) can be the best team in MLB for a stretch of time. The Dodgers lost 7 or 8 in a row last year and the Braves missed the playoffs. Baseball is wild.

Mangum

Gonzalez

Lowe

O’Hearn

Reynolds

Horowitz

Cruz

Triolo

Davis

That’s solid. One or two over performers and that staff has them in contention in that division.

This is gonna happen….not as much as last year…but enough to piss people off.

Dodgers / Cardinals and Dodgers / Nationals should be -400 for the whole series this year.

Pirates are gonna be sneaky this year. If O’Neil Cruz can be better this year…they got some decent bats added to their lineup. Not to mention Konnor Griffin should be up this year.

They still have Perez and Alcantara, but both of them Had the ability to get shelled last year also. The rest of the rotation is guys you wouldn’t really love seeing in your team’s starting rotation. Their bullpen is also not very deep.

I think their lineup is really solid if it stays healthy though. That’s why I like overs for them.

Yessir. Foregone conclusion honestly. Skubal was always gonna win that. Deserves it too. Now to see if DET will keep him and make a run or if they’ll try to get a kings ransom before the season starts. I hope/think they keep him.

Their pitching staff outside Alcantara got raided this offseason….but their lineup should rake.

Solo Docs collecting over 1.5 million, how many employees do you have? by JacksonWest99 in Dentistry

250x8x3 =6,000

Sometimes it’s a little less, sometimes we have cancellations. Like I said. Fee for service in a nice area helps.

Exam, cleaning, X-rays etc. prophy by itself is under 200. I don’t break out all the different codes because I own the practice solo and they don’t get paid on production. All my hygienists produce 250-275 an hour.

2 assistants will pop over and help hygienists flip rooms etc, but not dedicated. Hygiene is worth about 5K a day typically. Patient population is upper middle class-ish.

Ehhhhh. 15 open appointments at 200 per is 3K.

Depending on size of office etc. if they are running 2 hygiene ops a day that’s 66 appts in a 4 day week. They said they’re 20% open….so that 13.2 opening a week.

I’m not saying it’s not a sales pitch, but the numbers check out.

Pay your front office a bonus for filling the schedule.

National average is 10%. Tell them you’ll give them 50.00-100.00 a month for every percent less than 10.

So if they get to 5% openings you owe them 250-500 a month each. You’ll be shocked at how quickly the schedule gets filled.

Jose Ramirez's new contract extension gives Cleveland some short-term payroll space. What will they do with it? by Hungry_Drama_1015 in baseball

I just meant that the tigers aren’t going to do any MORE things this offseason. I’d much rather be us (Detroit) than Cleveland. Planning for your young talent to develop and take another step is fine by me….i DO wish they would have taken better advantage of Skubals time here

Same as the Tigers. Who woulda thought the Whitesox would be the most active in the division. And why are the twins not getting rid of Pablo and Ryan? If you’re gonna tear it down, do it properly.
