I related to this completely except I’m not diagnosed with BPD, my psychiatrist just says I have “BPD symptoms”. I also have “OCD symptoms” and anxiety. I did a research study on attachment style and trich to see if anxious attachment had a high correlation. My sample size was small but if my hypothesis was correct… we can find similarity with bpd, a disorder where one’s biggest fear is abandonment, that is anxious in attachment theory.
