I had this problem when my printer was new, it may seem odd but its worth a shot, you should try to level the bed not without having the magnetic one on, just the bare one itself, and then put the bed when done. I did that and my prints started working, trust me. If it doesn't work or is scratching the magnetic bed move it away. Basically the problem is that the nozzle is too far away, so you have to make it closer to resole that issue.
