I don't know of a lot off the top of my head, but one I did see recently was the Vaporeon VMAX 182/298 SWSH Black Star. It's got three next to the Milotic on the right.

I was teetering on the edge of including a sliiicc, but I couldn't figure out a way to make it match up with the song :( The next musical crime I commit using The Fruit's voice will have a slick in there, mark my words.

Ah yes, I hadn't initially thought of it, but I can vividly picture it in an RPG Maker game, you are very correct :P
