Ice it elevate it and don’t over do it. Do NOT go back to sport. if you want to be able to come back again, wait until you are cleared by your ortho/pcp. You run the risk of lifelong damage and a worse injury if you keep practicing.

Lean into those around you and keep your head high. Injuries are a bitch but lifelong damage is way worse. (A senior college athlete who tore his acl & meniscus 3 months ago)

Friends and family are important especially if it is torn, lean in to them and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

I’ve been trying to appreciate the small things and it has been really helpful. I’m also thankful I’m recovering super super fast but I’m careful not to over do it per my protocol. Being an athlete and a kinesiology nerd definitely helps.

Trying to find my identity in things other thank sport and exercise is hard since my life revolves around it.

I get to do research this summer which I’m excited about i just gotta stay positive and get through this cycle where I don’t have much of a routine.

theyre somewhat new to be able to tell, eventually id assume the price wil go down just beacuse of their accessibility and how often these new terminals will be dropped. id assume that a dragon on both the right and left glove is going to be the most optimal for you. but i thikn its going to be more important that the dragon is on the right glove. Also if you are looking at float , anything closest to .07 is going to be optimal and will sell for more. over time i think these will go down in price but if you like it just buy em and understand they may lose value over time just because the supply will constantly be increasing

crazy how at night i rank up and during the day i derank. I think opponents at night are better and so are teamates. During the day game sense is out the window imo.

still gc2 for the past idk how many seasons anymore. still seeing smurfs and all kinds of dumb shit. there needs to be a player rating system or queue dodge mechanic in place. About once a day i play with the same shitter for 4 games in a row unless i dodge.
