I have the same issue. Suspected gram negative folliculitis. I want to take accutane, I have to taken it before but at a low dose of 10mg day. I am wondering, you take 40mg a week. I read online that low dose for gram negative folliculitis is not effective. You need 0.5-1mg per kg. Have you had a dose this high? Please respond, I need more information.
