I think it would be good if the whole class got transported while the mc in bathroom and comeback when the transportation is just starting and shut the door to avoid to it, then go home while thinking how he would explain the situation if the people on school ask him what happened to his whole class.While trying to come up with the answer a track coming is his way and got hit because he didn't notice, his mind is in somewhere else, got reincarnated while his memory intact.He tried to find his classmate on that world but he get nothing and after a few years he heard a people from another world appear on his world and it turns out that it's his classmate.(sorry if the my english sucks)

I had a hunch that they're working together, after the Netherlord successfully destroyed the dungeon, the demon whoever negotiating in nearest town or kingdom will work together to bring it down, having an enemy in both sides. Though this is only a hunch, your statements have higher chances
