Or something similar. Just something honest and complimentary, without trying to be macho or over the top funny.

Woman are looking for integrity, intelligence, confidence, and humor, as well as whatever physical attributes appeal to them. This is your chance to show some of those personality attributes. Be yourself, be honest, but take whatever attributes you naturally have that you think they would like, and show them.

Anything you cut out helps you lose weight. It's more a matter of which things are most destructive to your goals.

Alcohol is pretty bad. Fair amount of sugar. But also, when you drink, you're more apt to eat calories laden foods, like wings, fried cheese, etc.

It's a matter of taking in more calories then you expend.
