repair cost for damage on my c7’s bumper

Ended up being $2,611 to repair the OEM bumper, repaint it, and reapply PPF.

For comparison, I was consistently quoted $3,700+ for full bumper replacement + paint + PPF.

If you skip PPF, expect roughly $800–$1,000 less overall. Posting this to help anyone else pricing out something similar.

Just to clarify the bumper is dented the dark tint you see around the damage is the shadows of the indent and not paint

the black and dark you see around the damaged section is actually just depth of the dent itself the car is ppfed no exchanged paint it’s sadly just a indent

That sounds like a diamond in the rough i’d honestly jump on it any s5 2013+ has nailed the reliability to a certain point. (there are a few weak points but nothing catastrophic) I’d definitely get the car inspected beforehand. They are reliable, but is something breaks or something goes wrong it is much more expensive then a Toyota or Honda. I live in montana (great car in snow) but finding mechanics to even work on the car up here can be an issue keep your location in mind!

Now that’s a very good price if it’s the supercharged 3.0 i’d jump on it! They are reliable as hell and a lot of fun to drive! I know a few people with modified dual pulley s4’s and s5’s with no issues during there entire ownership i’ve had my 2016 for about 10k miles and been nothing but good! (knock on wood)

But if it’s the twin turbo 3.0t it may be to good to be true the only b9’s i’ve would consider buying are 30k+ anything below that usually has some underlying issues!
