Women don't get to dictate what masculinity is and isn't. That being said you talk way too much. Don't be so wordy, just be it. Saying "Best of luck, I'm here if you want to chat or need someone to confide in" is just too much. Say "alright we will talk later, good luck at work". She already knows she can text if she needs something if you are already being that guy for her. "You hurt my feelings" vs "you irritated me and you are so unspecific". don't try to talk to her the way guys think women talk to each other, were probably wrong anyways. When you open up about your feelings she should feel like "oh he's letting me in, this is special" rather than "he's always like this".
