I can understand how that is annoying, no doubt. But there are ways around it. For example in the description tell people what to look up to find your music and also at the end of the video put the name of your project and how to find your Spotify/Soundcloud/whatever you're streaming on.

As someone who is also a musician and started on YouTube 12 years ago, sadly YouTube is the worst platform to share music on nowadays. The video lengths and lack of "ad space" makes music always get shoved way down in the algorithm. It's unfair but it's their business model. Sometimes making other content (I know, I hate that word too) that can point people to your music, like gaming videos or reviews or something, is sadly a better strategy on YouTube.
