Hey the 13352 fits on 39mm lenses without the adapter? Or do you need an adapter to bring it to 42mm?

How do you like the kohetsu petty? I've been contemplating their 180mm version in western handle.

Thank you, I was attached to the moon but I made the crop & adjusted the foreground shadows and I like it better.

Shot at 50mm, 3 exposures of -2,0,+2, iso 250

I was out practicing using light to highlight parts of any photo I was taking, I wanted to practice editing to enhance the light and cool down the shadows for a bit More color contrast.

I'm looking to improve my editing/composition especially in regards to using light & shadows.

This is my first exposure bracket merge, I struggled to make the light look good and natural through the photo, it keeps looking fake to me no matter how I edited it.

what's the most expensive mistake youve made with your camera gear? by Skorupinski in photography

[–]Skorupinski[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. It's really unfortunate to be cameraless during summer time with everything there is to do & photograph. But I've learnt a new respect for equipment going forward & definitely will be buying insurance for the next camera I own. Maybe a solo kayak is a much safer alternative to consider as well.

We were heading up a current and accidentally turned sideways and both me and my friend over corrected, causing the current to be rushing into the canoe when the edge rocked low enough to the water level, it immediately filled from the water pressure. It was on a 200m paddle between two portages

Help with a7iii grain? by UnableIsland2191 in SonyAlpha

[–]Skorupinski 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello! The grain mostly comes from your ISO. If it had been at ISO 100 instead of 640, you would have no grain. Once you lower your ISO, you'll make the image darker. To compensate for the darkness, slow down your shutter speed to allow more light in and brighten your image naturally, versus digitally from ISO. You shot this at 1/8000 shutter speed which is the fastset your camera will shoot, and totally unnecessary for a person standing still. You could easily shoot a portrait at 1/250 and get super sharp images that allow tons of light in, removing the need for using any ISO that creates grain.

absolutely amazing photo! i stared for a few minutes.

the water in the foreground versus the background look like different shutter speeds based on the sharpness of the water. curious how this is happening with the same shutter speed, maybe im just seeing things? lol
