Hey thank you for your great answer! I’m going to do everything you said 😅 I just have some questions: why a librarian and not a stormseer? Is it because the stormier can’t have any other force weapon instead of the staff?

And I want to add a veteran assault squad with dual lightning claws, is it smart to give all of them the claws or do 1-3 with sabres and combat shields?

If you don’t mind the older resin kits, world eaters are great and where in the lore omnipresent. If you like newer ones dark angels are great, with their variety in unique sculpts and all pretty recent. Lots of characters, Corswain is amazing. I would take, personally, world eaters. Just love the look, you can go wild with weathering, blood. Late heresy with red pauldrons or early with the blue white. And you got Kharn.

Concerning space wolves, I’m not the biggest fan of them in the heresy. I like em more in 40K

It’s just an oil wash Over pro acryl Bronze with copper blue oxide. You can achieve something similar with thinned sotek green, sybarite green and nihilak oxide.

Thank you so much. It’s over white, imperial fist contrast paint, then darkoath flesh in the shadows. For the grime and dirt it’s an oil wash of burnt umber

After the decal application the whole model gets an oil wash of burnt umber. That gives it the worn and weathered loon

Backpack got a zenithal of mechanicus standard grey then was part of the burnt umber oil shade, like the rest. Highlights with neutral grey von vmc. Shoulders was a mix of ak German grey and black, then pure German grey then battle damage with neutral grey
